Swedish Massage
Light to medium touch, long flowing strokes and kneading of tight muscles to increase circulation of blood and oxygen flow. Swedish Massage also helps to nourish and cleanse the body of blocked energies.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage pressure techniques are used to break up areas of energy blocks and congestion in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
Connective Tissue Massage
Connective Tissue Massage techniques free up restrictions in the superficial layers of connective tissue that surround the muscles and joints.
Neuromuscular Techniques
Neuromuscular Techniques cause pain producing patterns in the nervous system and brain to be interrupted. It replaces the patterns with new learned patterns of relaxation and well being. Cranial Sacral Therapy
Light-subtle touch to the bones of the cranium and the sacrum to effect the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid that bathes the brain and the spinal cord. The result is deeply relaxing to the nervous system and boosting to the immune system. Great for headaches, injury, and stress.
Trigger Point Release
Myofascial trigger points are hypersensitive areas which keep a portion of the muscle or surrounding soft tissues contracted. Trigger points can cause pain, tingling, burning, weakness and restricted motion.
Energy Healing/Balancing
